This product really does blur your skin texture and a little goes a long way. I was skeptical, but tried it because I was in the market for a pore erasing primer. Even without makeup over top, I can see a visible difference. It’s also nicely mattifying without being drying. It worked well with my concealer (Makeup Revolution Conceal & Define) but my Tarte Amazonian Clay Full coverage foundation behaved strangely with it. The coverage became patchy over my nose, and I had to remove the primer and try again to get even coverage. I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because it’s effective, but doesn’t work with all foundation formulas. I like it so much though, that I’m happy to switch foundations and will gladly take any suggestions for formulas that work well with this product. I plan on going to sephora to collect some samples and do a test of each one with this primer/serum.
I knew I was going to love it based on all the reviews. When it finally arrived, I was ecstatic. I definitely wasn’t expecting the consistency. It was thicker than what I expected and a bit sticky. Once I applied it, and started my makeup, I still wasn’t sure if it was as good as everyone said. None the less, i kept going. Once my makeup was done and set, I started to see the difference in my pores and skin, and OMG it was beautiful! My skin looked amazing throughout the entire day/night! I am a true believer and now a faithful customer.
Love Skintune Blur
A beautiful product once again by Farsali. As I have said many times over a FAN of this brand for life. Thank you Farsali for such amazing products.
Good to know.
This is my first bottle of Skintune Blur, it is a bit father than I am used to, but I want to emphasize that when you live in a tough and called climate that I do in Scandinavia, fat is not bad, but you should know if you should have oil as fat or something else. The spout is a little different and slower, but I prefer it rather than that in the unicorn bottle, which rather quickly becomes sticky where you screw the cork again. The product itself provides a NATURAL matte finish. I personally did not want a blur that feels like a desiccant that lays down like a layer. If you want to cover problem areas and get a natural finich, you should add makeup. I have not yet sweat tested so I hope someone else is straight and honest. One of the reasons I buy is because the woman as what I understand is part of the brand, on Instagram does a lot of home cures and embraces many different skin types. She is for me the brand in itself and seems to have a healthy approach, where honesty towards the customer precedes making money from the customer, but it is important to note, many of the products are oil based.
